Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Security Deposit and Device Return Policy

    a. As part of the broadband service, the Customer may have been provided with a device known as an Optical Network Unit (ONU) against a refundable security deposit of Rs. 2000 (the "Security Deposit"). The Security Deposit is refundable only upon the successful return of the ONU device to the Company's designated recovery agent after the Customer discontinues the Services.

    b. The refund of the Security Deposit is subject to the following conditions:

    i. The ONU must be returned in proper working condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

    ii. The Customer must not have any outstanding dues payable to the Company at the time of device return.


  2. Forfeiture of Security Deposit

    a. If the Customer does not renew the broadband services or otherwise fails to maintain an active subscription for a continuous period exceeding six (6) months, the Security Deposit shall automatically stand forfeited. Upon forfeiture, the Company shall have no obligation to refund the Security Deposit to the Customer, irrespective of whether the ONU is subsequently returned

    b. Notwithstanding the forfeiture of the Security Deposit, the Company will facilitate the logistics for the return of the ONU device if the Customer wishes to return it. However, such facilitation does not entitle the Customer to any refund of the forfeited Security Deposit or any other compensation.


  3. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

    a. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any claims, demands, or disputes arising from the forfeiture of the Security Deposit due to non-renewal of services for over six (6) months.

    b. The Customer further indemnifies and holds the Company harmless against any liabilities, losses, or damages, including legal costs, arising from or related to the enforcement of this clause.

  4. Notificatiom

    The Company shall attempt to notify Customers of their account status and the impending forfeiture of the Security Deposit at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the six (6)-month non-renewal period. However, failure to provide such notification shall not waive or affect the Company's rights under this clause
